The Holiday Season can be so difficult for those whose hearts are grieving.  The sound of a song, the twinkle of lights, the constant advertisements and party invitations.  We may feel like participating in the holiday traditions, we may feel like pretending the holidays do not exist and we may want to do what we can while incorporating our child in meaningful ways.  It is OK to do nothing and it is OK to do anything that you need.

During the Grief and the Holidays Group we will find community and support with other parents who are navigating the journey of grief as we face the season in front of us.  We will share our stories, honor and speak our children’s names while working through short activities that are designed to incorporate our child into the holidays while helping us process our grief.

These groups are free to attend.  We ask that you have your own materials on hand when the group begins.
