There are times when we do not know how to direct the love that we feel. For some, creating something tangible is a healing way to express our grief and ultimately our love. Our Day of Hope Prayer Flag Event this year will be an in person event in Fort Worth, Texas on Sunday, August 15 as well as an online community of sharing through a private Facebook group page on The Day of Hope, August 19. On this page we will have the opportunity to share stories and photos of flags we have created in memory of our children. As the wind blows and makes our flags drift back and forth on August 19th the love that has gone into creating them will be carried to our children and then back to us again. We hope you will join us as we share our children, support one another and find that love always carries on.

We hope you will be able to join us in Fort Worth for a time of community and support as we create our own flags and celebrate our children’s life and legacy. Our Day of Hope Community is a safe place for parents or entire families to share stories, laugh, cry and tangibly create a gift of love for your child and to find support from others who are navigating the journey of grief and love.
Please RSVP so we can add you to the Facebook group as well as plan accordingly for our time together in-person!
